Our competitions:
The Provincial Rugby League (LPR) Seniors brings together male and female teams from across the province in a championship that is both structured and exciting. It allows clubs to compete within a regulated and competitive framework, promoting the development of rugby at all levels.
Teams from diverse backgrounds participate in this league, which offers a balance between competitive spirit, sporting values, and camaraderie. The LPR also serves as a stepping stone for players aiming to progress and reach elite levels such as the Super League.
SUPER LEAGUE
The Super League is the highest level of senior rugby in Quebec. It includes men’s teams, women’s teams, and a men’s reserve team. This top-tier championship showcases the provincial elite in a demanding competition, driven by intensity, commitment, and performance.
PROVINCIAL LEAGUE 1
LPR1 is one of the highest levels of senior competition after the Super League. It brings together strong men’s and women’s teams, as well as a men’s reserve team. This division combines competitiveness, squad depth, and a high level of play across the province.
PROVINCIAL LEAGUE 2
LPR2 offers a competitive championship for clubs looking to strengthen their level. It includes ambitious men’s and women’s teams striving for progress. It serves as an excellent stepping stone to LPR1, where player development remains at the heart of the project.
PROVINCIAL LEAGUE 3
LPR3 is an accessible division that allows clubs to develop their men’s and women’s teams within a nurturing environment. Ideal for beginners or those seeking to build their structure, it promotes rugby practice with a focus on development, enjoyment, and competition.
