The Rookie Rugby Program allows for a more global, developed and identity-based integration for clubs and recognized regional associations, while the Rugby Quebec Development Support Program supports single-project development and requires a less imposing structure for the organization.
Flag rugby (Rookie Rugby) is the non-contact version of rugby created for young people. It helps build teamwork, cooperation, respect between players and develop several motor skills. The necessary equipment is minimal. The activities offered are based on the pleasure of learning the sport. This team sport is for boys and girls, everyone can find their place.
